Inclusive innovation from Japan to the world with
All Japan
We are a platform that accelerates the inclusion of refugees with a whole of society approach in Japan, by encouraging the participation of multiple sectors including government, companies, educational institutions, and civil society organizations. It was established in 2022, with the aim of realizing a multicultural society where refugees and Japan live stronger together.

Purpose
A bright future for both refugees and Japan
We aim to admit “many” refugees to rebuild the shrinking population in Japan which was hit by the COVID. We aim to welcome people of diverse ethnicities, genders, and skill sets with “Diverse Human Resources”. Building respectful and equal relationships and overcoming differences to support each other “Strong”. We take these words as a code in our activities.

Vision
Co-creating an inclusive society unique to Japan
Through communication and practices with multiple sectors in Japan, such as the government, companies, educational institutions, and civil society organizations, we aim to create an inclusive society where all people, including refugees, live together. A society that can only be realized through Japan’s history, system, technique, and resources.
